Bamboo + 3D printed Geodesic Dome Kit

3D printable files for making a geodesic dome with flat bamboo sticks. Made for the occasion of my 6 year old's birthday party.

I used these bamboo sticks which measure 9 x 2mm and are 400mm long. I tried to find a buyer that wasn't Amazon but they came shipped by them anyway 😞 .

The above sticks vary in dimensions slightly, some-times coming up a little loose. I added "teeth" to the inside of the holes on the 3D printed parts but perhaps these could be made bigger. I wanted children of about 6 years old to be able to assemble the pieces with their own hands so this is a balancing act. I dipped my shorter lengths in pink ink to mark them.
